How to Submit a Refund Request

  1. Our services enable a customer to apply for a refund within 14 days starting from the order deadline expiration. In case of any plagiarism issues detected in the order, the customer can apply for a refund without any time constraints. However, in this case, a customer is required to submit a relevant plagiarism report to confirm the writer's fault.

Plagiarism can be found in the paper by means of special online plagiarism checkers, such as *Turnitin and its partner projects (iThenticate, WriteCheck). Some writing issues cannot be regarded as plagiarism, even though they may be detected by the automatic checkers. For instance, direct quotes supported by relevant in-text citations, a table of contents, some assignment details, such as questions, and references are not related to plagiarism. Such online plagiarism checker as SafeAssign.com is considered unreliable, as it detects references or direct quotations as plagiarism issues. Apart from these cases of irrelevant plagiarism detection, we cannot accept any files with comments provided in the handwritten form as valid evidence of plagiarism found in the order. Therefore, handwritten comments cannot serve as the valid plagiarism report required for refund application.

  1. When it comes to continuation orders, our company does not take any responsibility for plagiarism detected in the parts of the paper written by the customer or some other person. We are only in charge of the work performed by our writers.
  2. Provided that the customer is not satisfied with the order, specialists of our Refund Department will handle the case and report on the matter. In case the customer's complaints are justified, our company guarantees that the full or partial refund will be received. We will provide a feedback regarding the refund application within 3-4 working days.

Our Revision Policy

  1. A customer is entitled to apply for a free revision within a period of 2 days (48 hours) starting from the deadline expiration of the order. When this period is over, we may offer a compensation order. In case the writer agrees to make the order revision free of charge, no additional refunds related to this order can be made.
  2. In case of longer papers, which consist of 20-pages or more, the timeline for a free revision is extended up a month (30 days) starting from the order deadline expiration.
  3. In case the customer makes any changes in the original instructions after receiving the completed order (or in the course of writing process), no free revision can be provided. In such a case the customer will be requested to make an additional order as compensation for the writer's work.
  4. When a customer is willing to use the free revision option, a new deadline for this process should be set along with appropriate comments concerning the order revision. It may happen that the free revision process may take up to 24 hours due to the instruction challenges or complications related to the order reassignment. Regardless of these possible challenges, we do our best to deliver the order as requested.
  5. Customers are requested to keep track of their emails or messages in the personal account messaging system to keep up with all the information regarding their order sent by writers or the company administration.
  6. Our company also offers such an option as "Extended Revision". It can be chosen when placing an order in the system and will cost only 30% of the total order price. This service involves extending the time allowed for the paper revision ranging from 48 hours to maximum two weeks (14 days). However, if no revision request is made after receiving the completed order, the customer will receive no reimbursement for the "Extended Revision".

Full Refund Policy

  1. We guarantee to make a full 100% refund for the services in case the customer was double-billed by mistake or when he/she accidentally placed the same order in the system. If such a mistake occurs, the customer should urgently appeal to our Customer Support Team and ask them to cancel the order.
  2. The full refund is also made in case of our inability to assign the writer to complete the order.
  3. In case of a full refund, the customer is no longer allowed to take advantage of any papers or materials provided by our custom writing services.

Partial Refund Policy

  1. A partial refund can be paid in case the customer has indicated a wrong number of pages in the paper requirements when placing an order. We guarantee to make the partial refund considering the word count details.
  2. In case the customer has chosen a wrong level of paper, for instance, High school level instead of the University level, our company can reduce the refund percentage.
  3. In case the customer has submitted confusing instructions or comments when placing an order, the refund percentage will require recalculation. Such cases may refer to the inconsistency between the attached materials and the details mentioned in the Order Description section.

*Please, bear in mind that the customer cannot cancel the order in case time left from the initial deadline amounts to 30% and the writer has been assigned. Furthermore, if the paper has been completed by the writer and uploaded in the system, we cannot cancel the order.

*All tips are non-refundable. The payment for custom writing/editing/proofreading/rewriting/formatting may be refunded only. Tips cannot substitute an additional or compensation order.

Late Verification Rules

A late order verification implies such cases when a customer has not verified their identity at the request of our company's Financial Department, which is a preventive measure against online fraud. In case of a late order verification the deadline provided for the order accomplishment starts from the moment we receive relevant clarifications from the customer. In such a case a customer is required to extend the deadline due to a verification delay or make an additional order to compensate for the writer's work on the order with a short time limit.

Word Count Rules

  1. As a rule, the paper length, which influences the price, depends on the number of words, rather than the number of pages. One double-spaced page in an order is equivalent to 300 words. However, when it comes to writing technical papers, which involve calculations of different levels of complexity, this word count rule cannot be considered as appropriate. In such cases, specialists of our Writing Department will determine the order price taking into account the complexity of order requirements and instructions.
  2. Special rules are applied to PowerPoint Presentations. The customer can also order speaker notes to assist in his/her preparation for the speech delivery. This service requires additional payment and if the customer is willing to order it, he/she is required to choose this option when making appt order. In case this option is chosen, the company provides speaker notes including 100-150 words below each slide.
  3. As for online tests, their calculation is based on the number of questions, which involve 5 questions per each page. Similarly, "multiple choice questions" are calculated in the same way. For instance, when a customer has a task with 15 questions, he will have to make a 3-page order.

Delivery and Deadline Issues

  1. We follow an early delivery policy. In case the customer is willing to receive their paper earlier than the set deadline, we will recalculate the price for the order and the customer will be asked to make an additional order to compensate for the writer's urgent work. However, if the writer agrees to make an earlier order delivery without any compensation payment, we cannot issue any refund in the future.
  2. In case the order delivery was delayed and the customer did not approve of the deadline extension, we guarantee to issue at least a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. In such a case, the price will be recalculated and the payment difference will be determined based on the pricing page on our website.

Choosing an Appropriate Order Type

  1. Customers are responsible for the choice of the relevant type of work when ordering our services. For instance, if a customer chooses an "essay" order type instead of "online test", we cannot issue a refund unless we get an appropriate payment for the required services.
  2. When it comes to rewriting services, a writer's task is to reword or paraphrase the content of the text provided by the customer. However, if the customer orders rewriting services and requests to carry out additional research or add some new parts to their paper, they are required to place a compensation order.
  3. Customers are requested to check their personal account and email on a regular basis to keep up with the messages from the writer and the Customer Support Team. We highly appreciate when the customer is easily accessible and available for communication, especially when their prompt feedback is needed to approve the writer's choice of the order topic.
